Feeling overwhelmed about your dog’s behavior issues?
Difficulty in finding time in your schedule to work with your dog?
Worried about sending your dog away for a board-and-train program?
Let Crimson Hound do the heavy lifting with a fully-customized program right in your own home!
Day training is the perfect alternative to a board-and-train program. When you enroll in this program, I will visit three times each week to work one-on-one with your dog – in your home and around your neighborhood. Your dog stays in your home for the entire program while being trained using rewards-based methods. I do not use aversive methods that involve fear, intimidation or pain.
During the Initial Assessment Session, I will meet with you and your dog to discuss your goals and your dog’s needs. We will develop a customized training plan with realistic expectations about what can be accomplished in the time allotted. Check out Equipment and Supplies to find links and coupon codes for many of the items that I recommend.
This program includes the necessary dog training, but also includes tons of support for YOU. Over the course of the program, you will receive post-session updates and short videos so you know what skills we are working on. You will be asked to schedule a weekly skills transfer session so that I can coach you through the skills your dog has been learning so that you can continue to work with your dog throughout the week …
… PLUS you will have my full support between sessions.
“It takes as long as it takes. There is no time limit on behavior change.”

“After a month of training our little girl is much more well-behaved and responds better to us than she did before Kerrie came into our lives. The training sessions are of a very positive nature always encouraging good behavior that is rewarded with treats, toys or just a loving touch or kind word.”

“Kerrie with Crimson Hound is phenomenal. She had the challenge of working with our two rambunctious, seven month-old Goldendoodle puppies. Kerrie begins by understanding the family and the dogs. She then develops a training program that is uses positive reinforcement. It is very effective and demonstrates the respect she has for the dogs. She not only works directly with the dogs, she also works with and coaches the owners. You receive valuable weekly summaries of the training and also other great tips and information to help you be a better dog owner. Our puppies responded quickly and have learned many new skills and behaviors that help them be well mannered members of our home. You could tell our puppies loved working with Kerrie and we did too. Kerrie and Crimson Hound are highly recommended.”
